Orders that are made will be processed until 1 PM on the same business day. For orders in the EU region you can expect to have your order delivered within 2 to 4 business days.

For returning an order you have 30 days time. You first register your return on our return platform and there you can get the instructions on how to proceed.

For refunding items we have a specific refund policy that you can find right here.

Returning is not free, we have a cost of 10 euro for every return due to specific costs that come with it like shipping, inspection of goods and restocking.
