These are the general terms and conditions of sale of B&G Group B.V. (“Black & Gold” and these general terms and conditions of sale: the “Terms”). These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by you, via the website (www.blackandgoldofficial.com) or otherwise outside of a physical retail space, with Black & Gold. By placing an order, you agree to the applicability of these Terms to the agreement entered into between you and Black & Gold.
These Terms set out the rights and obligations of the parties applicable to your order of products through Black & Gold’s website. It is therefore important that you take the time to read these Terms carefully. Black & Gold recommends that you save these Terms on your computer and/or print and save them for future reference.

- In order for Black & Gold to properly and timely execute the agreement, it is important that you provide your information, such as your name, email address and shipping address, correctly and completely in accordance with the instructions. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Black & Gold’s full contact information can be found under Article 1 of these Terms and Conditions.
- Information provided by you will only be used by Black & Gold in the manner indicated in the privacy statement, which you can consult on its website.
The offer and the agreement
- When you purchase an item via the website of Black & Gold, you enter into an agreement with Black & Gold. The agreement is concluded when Black & Gold has sent a confirmation to the email address provided by you.
- An agreement resulting from an offer that contains an obvious mistake and/or error, such as an unusually low price, does not bind Black & Gold. Please contact Black & Gold when in doubt about the validity of an offer.
Price and Payment.
- The price displayed in the website at the time of ordering is a total price including all taxes and, if applicable, shipping costs.
- You may pay for your order using the methods indicated on Black & Gold’s website.
Order processing and delivery
- Black & Gold makes every effort to process and deliver your order as well and as quickly as possible. In the unlikely event that the order is no longer available, Black & Gold will inform you and refund the amount paid for the product.
- Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you provide and by the delivery method you choose.
- When you have an order delivered outside the European Union, it is possible that the country in question charges additional duties, such as import taxes. Black & Gold has no influence or control over such charges and therefore cannot inform you about them. You should check for yourself whether the items you order can be exported to-and imported into-the relevant country and what the charges are before placing such an order.
- Ownership of products ordered by you is transferred to you upon receipt of full payment by Black & Gold.
- Black & Gold takes care to ship products correctly and completely. In the unlikely event that you receive incomplete or damaged products, please contact Black & Gold.
Quality
- Black & Gold makes every effort to display products on its website as accurately and completely as possible. The nature of the products offered means, however, that there may be differences (such as color differences) between the display of products on the website and the product as delivered to you.
- Of course the products in the assortment of Black & Gold meet the quality you may expect. However, you are expressly advised that these products are designed primarily from an aesthetic point of view and not for optimal longevity, practicality or ease of use.
- The products offered in the website, such as garments and accessories, are by nature subject to (use) wear and tear. The lifespan of a product depends in part on the material from which the product is made, the intensity of use and the degree of care. Black & Gold’s products are composed of the materials specified in the website. For optimal longevity and retention of quality, it is important that you observe any washing instructions.
Right of withdrawal
- You have the right to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days after you have received all products from your order. This is the so-called reflection period. You can exercise your right to dissolve the agreement by returning the completed return form to us. You can find more information about the return method on our website.
- If you choose to dissolve the agreement with respect to a product, you have the obligation to return this product as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after you have received all products from your order, to the address of Black & Gold as stated in article 1.1. The direct costs of returning the product to Black & Gold shall be borne by you.
- In the event of dissolution as referred to in article 7.1, Black & Gold will refund the amount paid for the product in question without delay, and in any event no later than fourteen days after receipt of the notice that you wish to dissolve the agreement, but no sooner than after Black & Gold has received the product in question back or you can prove that the product has actually been returned.
- The right of dissolution as stated in article 7.1 is intended to determine whether the product fits and whether you actually want the product. You are permitted to use a product to the extent necessary to verify that you want the product, just as you would in a retail store. Further use of the product – such as wearing the product in a public place or other actual use – affects your right of rescission as specified in clause 7.5.If a product has been damaged by you, has been washed, the labels have been removed, a product is incomplete or a product contains other traces of use which show that you have used the product beyond what is allowed under article 7.4, then you are liable to Black & Gold for the depreciation in value of the product caused by you. Black & Gold will deduct this depreciation from the amount to be refunded to you.
- The right of dissolution as referred to in article 7.1 does not apply to products which are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery.
Amendments to these Terms and Conditions.
- If Black & Gold decides to amend these Terms, it will post the amended Terms on its website. You are advised to check regularly to see if the Terms have been changed. Any changes will not apply to orders placed by you prior to the date of change. These Terms and Conditions were last amended on February 27, 2024.

Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions and the agreements concluded between you and Black & Gold are governed by Belgian law, to the exclusion of the Vienna Sales Convention. This choice of law is without prejudice to any further protection you may enjoy under the mandatory provisions of the law that would apply in the absence of this provision.
