⏰ Return Window • 30 days from delivery • Items must be unworn with original tags attached • Original packaging included • Items on sale can only be returned for 14 days.
💰 Return Costs • Free return shipping • 4% processing fee per returned item • Fee is deducted from your refund.

Return label will be provided by Black and Gold for a courier picked by Black and Gold that is available in your area.
🔄 Exchanges • 30 days from delivery • NO return cost for exchanges • Items can be changed for different size or color • Damaged items can be exchanged • subject to stock availability.
Exchanges will be provided by Black and Gold but can be arranged by another provider than your original order. Exchanges are always provided through pick-up points.
⚡ Damaged or Defective Items on delivery? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right immediately with free return shipping.
❌ We Cannot Accept Returns On: • Underwear and swimwear • Items marked "Final Sale" • Worn or damaged items • Products without original tags attached to the clothing
